Shipping policy

Parts in the same order may ship together or in separate shipments.

Orders that do not include custom parts

Firefly strives to ship orders containing non-custom parts within three business days. 

Orders that include custom parts

Orders with custom or personalized parts may take longer to ship based on a number of factors including, but not limited to: the accuracy of Customer provided information, responsiveness of Customer regarding their order, and number of custom orders currently in production by Firefly. Firefly will provide digital proofs to be approved by Customer prior to order shipment.

In rare cases, the actual shipping cost for Custom parts may be radically different than the listed rate due to inaccurate information or Customer changes requested. In these cases, Customer will be contacted first to approve additional shipping charges and separately invoiced prior to shipping the order. If a Customer does not approve the shipping cost, the Customer will have the right to arrange shipping at their own expense or pick up their order at a mutually agreed upon time from Firefly's address 12059 Davenport Rd, Unit A, Santa Clarita, CA 91390. If the Customer does not reply within 10 business days regarding an order with custom parts, Firefly reserves the right to dispose of the custom parts and keep any payment collected.
